Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
